Nextora Academy combines the structure and discipline of a traditional school with the flexibility of modern digital learning. Our students learn in live classrooms with experienced teachers, follow a structured timetable, and receive continuous academic guidance within a supportive learning environment.
All lessons are taught live daily by teachers to encourage real-time learning, classroom interaction, and active participation. Recorded sessions are available to support revision and continued learning after class hours.
Students interact with teachers and classmates daily through live discussions, group activities, collaborative projects, presentations, and classroom engagement. Students are assessed through class participation, assignments, projects, quizzes, examinations, and continuous progress evaluations throughout the academic session.
Nextora Academy follows a STEAM-based curriculum aligned with international learning standards. Our academic programme for Years 1–9 is inspired by the Cambridge learning approach, while senior learners are prepared using Cambridge and Pearson Edexcel pathways for advanced secondary education.
We focus on building strong academic foundations, critical thinking, creativity, communication, and problem-solving skills within a structured modern learning environment.
Classes run from Monday to Friday based on the learner’s level:
- LKG & UKG: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Primary 1 – Primary 6: 8:00 AM – 12:30 PM
- Year 7 – Year 12: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
All timings are in Nigerian Time (WAT).
Our academic session begins in September and ends in July, following a structured school calendar with scheduled assessments, holidays, and academic breaks.
Nextora Academy admits learners from Early Years through Year 12. Placement is based on the learner’s age, academic readiness, and previous learning experience where necessary.
