How to Register at Nextora Academy

Start Your Learning Journey with Nextora Academy, Nigeria’s Leading Fully Online School

Enrollment is now open for Kindergarten through Grade 8 for the 2025–26 academic session.
At Nextora Academy, we believe every child deserves access to quality, flexible, and personalized online education. Admissions are on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to seat availability.

🌐 Step-by-Step Registration Process

1. Complete the Online Registration Form

Begin your child’s journey by filling out the simple registration form and paying the one-time application fee. This step secures your interest and helps us personalize your child’s onboarding process.

2. Placement Assessment (For Grades 4–8)

Learners applying to Grades 4–8 will take a short online placement assessment to help us understand their academic strengths and place them in the right learning level.

3. Introductory Session (If Required)

A brief virtual interaction may be scheduled to better understand your child’s learning goals, interests, and readiness for online schooling.

5. Learning Portal Setup

After payment confirmation, your child’s Nextora Learning Portal will be activated. Here, they’ll access live classes, assignments, progress reports, and interactive learning resources.

6. Learning Kit Delivery

Your child’s Nextora Learning Kit—including textbooks, activity materials, and login guides—will be shipped to your registered address before classes begin.(Depending on when the student enrolled)

Before the first day of class, please upload clear copies of:

  • Birth Certificate of the Learner(if Available)
  • Parent/Guardian National ID or Passport
  • Passport-size Photos of Learner and Parent/Guardian
  • Last Academic Report Card (for Grade 2 and above)(if available)
  • Transfer or Recommendation Letter (if applicable)

At Nextora Academy, we understand that flexibility matters. That’s why we offer learners the choice to attend live classes in either the Morning Batch or the Afternoon Batch, depending on what works best for your family’s schedule.

You’ll select your preferred section during registration. Additional sections may be added as needed, and learners can change batches once a month (up to three times per academic year).

Our live class durations are age-appropriate and include ample recess breaks for rest and refreshment — all designed according to international online learning standards.

For Upper Secondary Learners: Classes are conducted five days a week, between 8:00 AM and 2:00 PM (Nigeria Time). Multiple sections may run concurrently. If a section has fewer than ten learners, students will be reassigned to another available batch.

Essential & Process Requirements

To ensure a seamless and engaging online learning experience at Nextora Academy, learners and families should have the following in place before classes begin:

  • Stable Internet Connection: A broadband or fiber connection with a minimum speed of 10 Mbps for smooth live classes.
  • Computer Access: A desktop or laptop with a webcam, microphone, and speakers.

    💡 We do not recommend using mobile phones or tablets due to smaller screens and limited functionality.

🏡 Learning Environment

  • Comfortable Study Space: A proper table, chair, and well-lit space to promote focus during live sessions.
  • Quiet Background: Choose a calm spot with a simple wall or curtain backdrop to reduce distractions.
  • Basic Stationery: Keep notebooks, pens, pencils, and other essentials handy for daily classwork and assignments.

🎒 Learning Kit

  • After registration, students will receive a Nextora Learning Kit, delivered to their doorstep.
    This kit includes curated materials designed to enrich the learning experience at home.

👨‍👩‍🏫 Learning Coach (For Younger Learners)

  • A Learning Coach, usually a parent or guardian, is required for Pre-Primary learners and recommended for all others.
    The coach supports learners by supervising live sessions, helping with schedules, and reinforcing learning habits.
